* Responsibilities: Conduct an annual performance evaluation and on-going feedback, as needed, of the pastor.

* Identify the job responsibilities of the pastor.

* Listen to and resolve any problems regarding the relationship between the pastor and the congregation.

* Forward issues and recommendations to the General Committee that concern the pastor.

* Forward issues and recommendations to other appropriate committees that may arise at or be brought to the Pastor/Parish Relations Committee.
